General Terms & Conditions : Client Liabilities

All content including text, images, videos, and other media provided to Voizac is the sole responsibility of the client.

Clients are required to take a complete backup of their website before handing over access to Voizac. We will not be liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

Voizac makes every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, project dependencies, third-party support delays, communication gaps, or other unavoidable factors.

Voizac provides clients with the opportunity to review the design and development progress at each stage. Upon client approval, we proceed to the next phase of the project.

Voizac is not responsible for any changes, modifications, additions, or deletions made by the client or any third party after the website or application has been delivered.

 

Delivery Timeline

Voizac is committed to delivering every project within the agreed timeline. The project schedule is finalized through mutual discussion and approval between the client and Voizac.

In certain situations, additional time may be required due to unforeseen circumstances or specific project requirements.

 

Project Development Enhancement

Any additional features or functionalities requested for the website or mobile application will be treated as separate enhancements and will be charged accordingly. These costs are not included in the initial project fee.

While we always strive to accommodate maximum changes within the agreed budget, certain requests may fall under enhancement scope and require additional charges. We will always discuss and get your approval before proceeding with such enhancements.

 

Final Approval & Launch

The project will be executed in multiple phases. At the completion of each phase, the deliverables will be shared with the client for review and approval. Once the client is satisfied and the corresponding milestone payment is received, the project will proceed to the next phase.

After successful completion of the entire project and final client approval, the website/application will be deployed on the live server. Please note that deployment timelines may be affected if milestone payments are delayed.

Voizac reserves the right to showcase the completed project, website, or product in its portfolio or marketing materials as a reference for prospective clients.

At Voizac Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our standard products.

If, for any valid reason, you decide to discontinue using the product within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund. We will refund the full purchase amount excluding installation and configuration charges, which will be USD 95 or 25% of the product cost (whichever is higher).

Please note that any customization charges are non-refundable.

After your website or application goes live, Voizac provides one month of complimentary support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

After the initial 30 days, ongoing support and maintenance services are available based on your specific requirements and agreed pricing.

Voizac does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any third-party services integrated into the project.

Any inclusion of third-party products or services will be implemented either by the client directly or by Voizac on behalf of the client, with responsibility subject to respective third-party terms and conditions.
